Cucumber coriender cream cheese sandwich are a classic southren finger food at parties.it is a healthy as will as tastey snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 large cucumber peeled seeds and finely diced
  2. 1/4 tsp garlic pwr
  3. 1/4 tsp salt
  4. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  5. 8 sliced white sandwich bread
  6. 1 tbsp fresh coriender leaves

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until completely incorporated.
  2. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped coriander leaves, and diced cucumber.
  3. Spread on 8 slices of sandwich bread. Top with sprigs of dill, then close sandwiches with remaining bread slices.
  4. Cut crusts from bread, forming square sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into oval shapes. Serve with tea. Enjoy!
