Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bhatua saag - 250 gms
  2. Hung curd - 1 cup
  3. Roasted geera powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Black salt - to taste
  5. Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pick off the leaves of the bathua
  2. .Wash and clean bhatua leaves.
  3. .Pressure cook bhatua leaves with one cup of water.
  4. .After one whistle switch off the gas.
  5. .Drain water and mash the leaves, keep aside.
  6. Beat the hung curd, sprinkle the black salt,roasted jeera powder and sugar.
  7. Add boiled and mashed bhatua leaves.
  8. Serve chilled with biryani
