Chia seeds are highly nutritious with lots of fibres. They are recommended by nutritionists for a healthy weight loss. They can be made with a delicious combination of fruits and nuts

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chia seeds 4 tablespoons
  2. Low fat milk 1 cup
  3. Almonds 10
  4. Cashews 10
  5. Raisins 15
  6. Pistachios 6
  7. Apple 1
  8. Strawberry 2-3
  9. Orange 1 peeled,deseeded
  10. Sapota 1
  11. Pomegranate 1 cleaned
  12. Banana 1


  1. Soak chia seeds in low fat milk overnight in refrigerator
  2. Cut all the fruits into small pieces
  3. Dry roast the nuts and chop them into small pieces
  4. You can either mix them together or use separately
  5. In a Mason jar/ tall glass add the fruit and nut first . Top it with chia seeds mix
  6. Repeat the layers and finally garnish with some fruits and nuts
