Roasted :corn: corn and bean salad

Ingredients to make Roasted :corn: corn and bean salad

  • Fresh :corn: corn 2 no
  • rajma 100gm
  • capsicum green, red, Yellow 50gm each
  • carrots 50gm
  • salt white papper powder to taste
  • mustard paste1/2 tbs
  • sugar 1/2tbs
  • lime 2no
  • Salad/olive oil15ml

How to make Roasted :corn: corn and bean salad

  1. Soak rajma for at least 5-6 hours. Change :droplet: water and cook till done.
  2. Roast fresh :corn: corn and remove the kernels.
  3. Cut all capsicim and carrots into losanges(diamonds).mix with rajma.
  4. Prepare :lemon: lemon dressing using lime juice, salt, pepper, mustard padte, sugar and salad/olive oil. Toss vegetables and rajma in the dressing.
  5. Serve chilled.
