Pregnant ladies, babies , old people, girls,ladies everyone must drink this porridge its very healthy for bones. Very nutritious helathy mix,its full of nuts and spices, which can be added to milk everyday . Also to make thick like halwa for above 6 mnths babies now we make powder and make porridge by mixing with milk

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ingredients for healthy mix powder
  2. Ural dhall - 400gm
  3. Horsegram - 50 gm
  4. Sprouted Chick peas n green grams- 50 gm each
  5. Barley - 50 gm
  6. Brown rice - 50 gm
  7. Roasted gram - 50
  8. Badam , walnut , cardamom - little
  9. Ingredients to make,
  10. Mix powder - 2 tsp
  11. Milk - 1 cup
  12. Jaggery - depends on ur tatse


  1. Collect all ingredients first .
  2. Add badam, walnut, cardamom
  3. Now roast all dry nuts one by one individually till they become and crisp and slightly brown
  4. Just roast for 10 seconds and take it in a bowl cool for 15 min. Mix well together
  5. Grind the roasted ingredients in mixer, if you make small quantity you can grind mixi.
  6. Now you can sieve this mix store it in a container used up to for 2 to 3 months
  7. Now the ural dhall healthy mix is ready
  8. Now we make ural dhall porridge using this mix along with milk and jaggery
  9. First add 2 big spoon of this powder and add some water mix together without any lumps
  10. Add 1 cup of milk
  11. Add 4 spoon of jaggery or sugar
  12. Now on the stove the flame should be high... Placed on the vessel and boil for 15 min continuesly mix well.. dont take your hand mix well till you get bubbles...
  13. The ural dhall is have smell, so you boil for 15 min , and you take your hand you get lumps so dont take your hand mix continuously when you get bubbles the milk is coming up ,off the stove
  14. When you feed babies in bottle must filter the milk using filter
  15. Now the healthy drink is ready now ... Its good for babies..women who suffer hip pain , all age people
