Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Blueberry 100 grams
  2. Banana 1
  3. Rolled oats 1 teaspoon
  4. Condensed milk 5 tablespoon
  5. Greek yogurt 140 ml
  6. Kiwi 1 tablespoon
  7. Whipping cream ( if neede for topping)
  8. Mint leaves( if needed for topping)


  1. Mix Blueberry, Banana, rolled oats, condensed milk, greek yogurt all together in a blender.
  2. Add chopped kiwi fruit along with this blueberry mixture.
  3. Whip cream till stiff peaks form..
  4. Pour smoothie in a mug and decor with whipped cream and mint leaves.
  5. Chill and serve....
