Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken - 500 gms
  2. Lemon - 2 tsp
  3. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  4. Dhania powder - 1 tsp
  5. Fennel powder - 1tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  7. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  8. Big onions - 3 - chopped
  9. Green chilli - 1
  10. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  11. Small onion paste - 1 tbsp
  12. Gingely oil
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Water - 1/2 cup
  15. Bay leaf - 1
  16. Curry leaves - few

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken along with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste , chilli powder, tumeric, Dania powder, fennel, cumin and pepper powder. Little salt also...
  2. Take a kadai, add gingely oil. Then, add bay leaf and onions. After adding onions, add curry leaves, so that the leaves won't get burned. Saute till the onions turn into golden brown.
  3. Now add the onion paste. Saute till the raw smell goes..
  4. After the raw smell goes, add the chicken and saute for few minutes. After waiting, add water.. adjust the taste according to you. Cook the chicken till the gravy thickens.
  5. Garnish with onion rings
