ABOUT Masala tea RECIPE

This tea is good for health. When you are suffering from cold or very tired then this tea help you to refresh.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Uttam tea 1 tbsp
  2. Sugar 2 tbsp
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Water 1 1/2 cup
  5. Cloves 3
  6. Black pepper 3
  7. Fennel seed 1/2 tbsp
  8. Green cardamom 2
  9. Cinnamon 1 small stick
  10. Bay leaves 2

Instructions

  1. Hot the water in a pan.
  2. Add uttam tea leaves.
  3. Add green cardamom, fennel seed, cloves, black pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon and leave for a boil.
  4. After two boil add milk and when it boils put it on sim for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour it in a cup and served hot
