Puri & shrikhanda

Ingredients to make Puri & shrikhanda

  • 1 litre curd
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 6 cardamom powder
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tsp maida flour
  • 2 tsp sooji
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp heated oil

How to make Puri & shrikhanda

  1. Take one bowl, add wheat flour , heated oil, sooji, maida , salt and water to knead. Make a dough to prepare puri. & Keep it for an hour.
  2. Make a curd & tie it in a thin muslin or cotton cloth ( i have kept in the night& mixed sugar in the morning) & Make a hung curd. Add powdered sugar to it.& Add powdered cardamom , mix it well. Plain shrikhand is ready to serve now.
  3. Knead the dough , again, & make puri. Heat oil & fry these puris . Serve hot puri with shrikhand. Enjoy the delicious shrikhand with puri
