Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot 4 chopped
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Garlic 4
  4. Ginger 1 inch
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cream 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  8. Butter 4 tbsp


  1. Heat a pressure cooker pan with 1 tbsp of butter.
  2. Add garlic, ginger and saute it for 30 seconds.
  3. Add onion and mix it.
  4. After a minute add carrot and saute it for 2 minutes more.
  5. Close the lid and wait for 4 vessel
  6. Seive it and put the vegetable stock side.
  7. Put the onion, carrot, garlic and ginger in blender and blend it and make paste.
  8. Hot a pan add 1 tbsp butter then add carrot smoothi and mix.
  9. Add water, salt, black pepper and mix it.
  10. After 5 minutes swich off the gas and garnish with cream. Served hot.
