Ingredients to make Cream of tomato

  • 600 gm Red tomato
  • 10 to 12 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 1 Tbsp amul butter
  • 2 cloves [laung]
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 spoon fresh cream home made
  • 4 to 5 cashew nuts
  • 4 to 5 almond [chopped]
  • 1 spoon black pepper powder

How to make Cream of tomato

  1. Take a pressure cooker put all mentioned ingredients into it and cover the lid.
  2. Once 2 whistles are attained, switch off the flame.
  3. Now open the lid after the pressure is released.
  4. Blend the soup in a blender.
  5. After blending, sieve the soup in a strainer.
  6. Put the blended slurry into a wok and add butter in to it. Boil for 5 minutes.
  7. Now serve the soup into bowls, garnish them with black pepper,nuts and cream.

My Tip:

You can use home made cream(Malai).
