Ingredients to make Roti poha

  • 4 leftover roti(break the chapaties in small piece)
  • 2 spoon capsicum chopped
  • 1 spoon oil
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 cumin seeds
  • curry leaves

How to make Roti poha

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seed cumin seeds,.curry leaves.
  3. Add capsicum and saute for 2 minutes
  4. Add all spices.
  5. Add leftover roties.mix well, add sugar, and lemon juice.

My Tip:

Garnish with coriander.
