Ingredients to make Bhapa Sondesh (Steamed Sandesh)

  • 200 gms. Amul paneer
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar, powdered
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp. rose water
  • 1 tsp. chopped pista to garnish
  • 1/2 tsp. ghee to grease

How to make Bhapa Sondesh (Steamed Sandesh)

  1. Blend the paneer till smooth.
  2. Add the sugar, cardamom powder and rose water. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased container / steel tiffin box with a lid and steam for 13-15 minutes.
  4. Cut into desired shapes and serve, garnished with chopped pistachios.
