  • 1 kg sun melon(Shardha)
  • 2 cucumber
  • 2 boiled potato
  • Salt & pepper [as per taste]
  • lemon juice [of 1 lemon]
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • parsley

  1. Wash and chop all the fruits.
  2. Wash and chop the vegetables.
  3. Put all the chopped veggies and fruits into a mixing bowl.
  4. Salt salt, pepper and black salt.
