ABOUT Healthy Salad. RECIPE

This is a very tasty salad, made with vegetables and fruits. This can be served with some roti and curry or can be eaten on its own as one complete meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg water melon
  2. 1 kg sun melon(Shardha)
  3. 2 cucumber
  4. 2 boiled potato
  5. Salt & pepper [as per taste]
  6. lemon juice [of 1 lemon]
  7. 1/4 tsp black salt
  8. Parsley


  1. Wash and chop all the fruits.
  2. Wash and chop the vegetables.
  3. Put all the chopped veggies and fruits into a mixing bowl.
  4. Salt salt, pepper and black salt.
  5. Add lemon juice. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
