Ingredients to make Dry fruits khoya ladoo

  • 5 to 7 almonds
  • 5 to 7 raisins
  • 5 to 7 cashews
  • 5 to 7 anjeer
  • 5 to 7 dates
  • 5 to 7 walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Grated Khoya
  • 1 table spoon ghee

How to make Dry fruits khoya ladoo

  1. Firstly take a pan add ghee and let the ghee gets heated
  2. Once ghee is hot add all the dry fruits one one by except raisins and dates
  3. You need to roast every dry fruit separately for two minutes and keep it separately every dry fruit in a plate
  4. Once all the dry fruits roast add the grated khoya in pan for 1 minute
  5. Now take a chopper or mixer add all the dryfruits, khoya and dates
  6. Now run chopper till mixture is ready
  7. Make it finely
  8. Take out all the dryfruits mixture in a plate and start rolling them in ladoo shape
  9. Dry fruits ladoo are ready to serve

My Tip:

You can as many dry fruits of your choice. If you want you dry fruits to be more sweet add little bit honey .
