Ingredients to make Tandoori stuffed mushrooms

  • mushroom
  • Boiled potato
  • paneer
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chat masala
  • Corriandr leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Hung curd
  • haldi
  • ginger garlic paste
  • Green chilli paste
  • 2 tsp saunf powder
  • lemon juice

How to make Tandoori stuffed mushrooms

  1. Take big mushrooms and remove the sticks.. Put them in boiling water for few minutes
  2. For stuffing mix potatoes, paneer, salt, chat masala, black pepper, corriandr leaves, green chillies
  3. For marination take a bowl put hung curd, salt, haldi, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, saunf powder, lemon juice and mirch powder
  4. Mix them well.
  5. Now take one mushroom, put the stuffing in hollow space, like wise fill all the mushrooms
  6. Now joined two mushroom together and stick them together with a tooth pick
  7. Prepare all your mushrooms like wise and Marinate them and keep aside for 20 minutes
  8. Either pan fry them, barbecue or put them in otg for 20 minutes at 200°
