ABOUT Prawn capsicum roast. RECIPE

A side dish for all types of rotis & rice. My hus likes capsicum so much. so whatever the dish is, if i add capsicum, he will take it full. you can avoid it if you dont like.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. prawns 15 cleaned.
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  3. CHILLI POWDER 1TBSP
  4. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 2 pinch
  6. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  7. lemon juice a few drops
  8. Salt
  9. Onion 2 chopped
  10. tomato 1 big.chopped
  11. Green chillies 3 chopped
  12. capsicum 1 cut into a little bigger pieces.
  13. Curry leaves.

Instructions

  1. Marinate prawns with the 1st 6 ingredients for 30 min minimum.
  2. heat a pan with oil. put ginger garlic paste. fry well
  3. then put onion , green chillies & curry leaves. fry till done.
  4. put marinated prawns along with tomatoes & some water. stir well.
  5. when it s half done add capsicum.
  6. cook till prawns r cooked & gravy is semi thick.
  7. stir well so that everything gets mixed up
