  • 4 Boiled potatoes
  • 2 carrots boiled
  • 1 cup peas boiled
  • 1 cup soybeans soak and crush
  • bajra flour 3 tbsp
  • Soybeans flour 3 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • olive oil for grill the tikki
  • Burgers bun healthy
  • Crushed cornflakes for rolling tikki
  • Veg mayonnaise 3-4 tsp
  • tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  • tomato slices
  • onion slices
  • Shredded cabbages

How to make Nutri burger

  1. TAKE 4 BOILED POTATOES AND MASH IT
  2. 2 BOILED CARROTS AND MASH
  3. ADD 1 CUP BOILED PEAS AND MIX
  4. ADD 1 CUP SOYBEAN SOAK AND CRUSHED
  5. ADD SALT , 2 TSP REDCHILLY POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  6. MIX
  7. ADD 3 TBSP BAJRA FLOUR AND 3 TBSP SOYBEAN FLOUR HAND FULL OF CORIANDER
  8. MIX WITH HAND
  9. MAKE TIKKI
  10. ROLLING IN CORNFLAKES
  11. MAKE ALL TIKKI AND COVER WITH CORNFLAKES
  12. HEAT THE PAN ADD OLIVE OIL
  13. GRILL THE TIKKI BOTH SIDE
  14. TAKE HOME MADE HEALTHY BURGER BUN AND CUT IT IN SLICE
  15. TAKE FUNFOOD DR. OETKAR VEG MAYONNAISE
  16. SCOOP IT OUT AND SPREAD ON BURGER BUN
  17. APPLY TOMATO KETCHUP
  18. KEEP NUTRITIOUS TIKKI
  19. SPREAD VEG MAYONNAISE
  20. APPLY TOMATO KETCHUP
  21. ARRANGE TOMATO SLICES AND ONION SLICES
  22. SPRINKLE CHAT MASALA AND ARRANGE SHREDDED CABBAGES
