Ingredients to make Chapathi Frankie Roll

  • oil as required
  • onion 1
  • Chapathi 2
  • tomato 1
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Grated carrot 1
  • Grated cabbage 4 tsp
  • Boiled potato 1
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • chilli.powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • oil as required

How to make Chapathi Frankie Roll

  1. Cook chapathi and keep it aside.
  2. In pan heat oil add onion,tomato,grated carrot,grated cabbage,boiled potato,salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well.and cook for 15-20min in low flame.
  3. After add this mixture in centre of the chapathi. roll it and serve it hot.
