Ingredients to make Chappati sandwitch

  • Cooked left over or fresh chapati 2 pcs
  • Small diced vegetables ( capsicum, cucumber,onion , tomatoes, grated carrot ) 1cup
  • Fresh coriander 1tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chill pwd 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • pepper pwd 1/4 tsp or to taste
  • Grated cheese 2tbsp.. Optional
  • oil to shallow fry

How to make Chappati sandwitch

  1. Cut the vegetables in small
  2. Mix them in the bowl
  3. Add salt pepper pwd, chilli pwd and cheese to it mix well.
  4. Now place a pan or tava on the gas on low flame
  5. Cut the chapati into half now fill the vegetables mixture in it
  6. Fold it and place it on the pan to fry..
  7. Ads some oil from the sides and fry it till golden brown
  8. Flip it on the other side and fry it..
  9. Once golden brown from both sides remove it on a plate and serve with ketchup or sauce..

My Tip:

It can be made with left over or fresh chapattis. Can make use of any vegetable filling as you desire..
