ABOUT Veg pasta RECIPE

Fusion veg pasta with the goodness of all vegetables and taste enhanced with Maggie masala magic and mayonnaise.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 cups elbow pasta
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1/2 cup peas
  4. 1 green capsicum
  5. 3-4 baby corns
  6. 10-15 french beans
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  10. salt, to taste
  11. 1 pouch Maggi masala magic
  12. water, to boil pasta

Instructions

  1. In a big pan put water, salt and pasta and keep it to boil.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add all vegetables and sauté for 1-2 mins.
  3. Add salt to taste and cover and cook on low flame.
  4. Drain the pasta in a sieve when al dente.
  5. When the vegetables are soft, add turmeric powder, Maggie masala magic and mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Add boiled pasta to it and mix well.
  7. Serve hot.
