Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 500 grams chicken mince
  2. 4 pavs
  3. salt to taste
  4. 2 tbsp cumin powder
  5. 2 tbsp coriander powder
  6. 2tbsp chilli powder
  7. 1 bowl chopped coriander
  8. 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  9. mint chutney for spreading
  10. FUNFOOD Mayonnaise for spreading
  11. 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
  12. 4 tomato roundels
  13. 4 onion roundels
  14. 4 cheese slice
  15. silver warq
  16. oil to deep fry


  1. Mix the chicken with salt,cumin powder,coriander powder,chilli powder,garlic,chopped coriander.
  2. Make small ball.
  3. Heat oil in kadhai.
  4. Fry the balls.
  5. Cover the balls with silver warq.
  6. Halve the pavs horizontally.
  7. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and roast the halved pavs from both sides till light golden.
  8. Spread some mint chutney on the base of each roasted pavs. Spread some mayonnaise on the remaining pavs.
  9. Put the cheese slice on it.
  10. Place a lettuce leaf and 4-5 moti balls on the base buns. Spread some mint chutney on top and place 1 tomato roundel and 1 onion roundel and cover with the remaining pavs.
  11. Serve hot.
