Bread utapam is a quik recipe . Very easy nd tasty . Healthy also because used lots of veggies. Jhatpat ready within few minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread 4 slices
  2. semolina/suji 1/2 cup
  3. curd 1/4 cup
  4. oil 2 tbsp
  5. onion chopped 2 tbspn
  6. tomato chopped 1 tbspn
  7. capsicum chopped 1 tbspn
  8. carrot chopped 1 tbspn
  9. green chilly chopped 2
  10. ginger chopped 1/2 tspn
  11. coriander leaves 2 tbspn
  12. salt to taste
  13. red chilly pow to taste
  14. turmeric powder 1/4 tspn
  15. Chaat masala 1/2 tspn
  16. Dry mango powder 1/4 tspn
  17. cumin powder 1/4 tspn


  1. cut the bread slices in round shape with katori.
  2. mix sooji, curd, veggies, spices . mix all ingredients well nd add sm water to make a thick batter.
  3. now grease a hot tawa with oil.
  4. Take a slice nd apply thick batter with spoon on one side.
  5. Now put the batter side slice on tawa.
  6. Now apply the batter on above side
  7. Cook both sides on medium flame.
  8. Bread Utapams r ready .
  9. Serve hot with any sauce .
