Indian style Macroni

Ingredients to make Indian style Macroni

  • 1 medium packet macaroni
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 medium capsicum
  • 4 cubes amul processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • oil

How to make Indian style Macroni

  1. Wash and put the tomatoes in pressure cooker. Cook till one whistle. Take out the peels and make a fine paste in a mixer.
  2. Cut onions and capsicum in julliene. Boil some water in a pan.
  3. Add in 1 tblsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil. Add macaroni and cook till 90% done. Drain and wash in running water. Keep aside.
  4. In a nonstick pan add 1 tblsp oil add onions and cook for sometime, then add capsicum and cook till capsicum is half done. Then add tomato paste and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Now add pasta ,all sauce, vinegar, salt, garam masala. Mix gently, so that macaroni don't break.Add 2 cubes grated cheese. Mix.
  6. Switch off the flame. Serve hot with grated cheese on top.

My Tip:

You can adjust the quantity of sauce according to your taste.
