  • 2 cup bathua pury
  • 2 cup beetroot pury
  • 1 bowl normal dough of wheat flour.
  • salt.
  • Carrom seeds
  • 2 bowl wheat flour.
  • oil for frying.

How to make Coloured Pooris.

  1. Make 1 bowl dough with bathua pury.adding salt n carrom seeds
  2. Make 2nd dough with beetroot pury.adding salt.
  3. Heat oil
  4. Nw make d ball of dough with 3 small balls of all d dough
  5. Roll it n make pooris.
  6. Fry them
  7. Eat with pickle or sabzi.

My Tip:

U can make saperate colour pooris.
