Paneer Taka Tak

Ingredients to make Paneer Taka Tak

  • 250 gms paneer
  • 1big size onion chopped
  • 1medium size tomato chopped
  • 1tsp cashew nuts paste
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp fresh cream (You can add home made malai also)
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tbsp coriander powder
  • 1tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2tsp oil
  • Some chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 chopped capsicum (I have used green capsicum you can add red and yellow also)
  • 2fresh red chillies chopped

How to make Paneer Taka Tak

  1. Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds when cumin seeds are srtated crackle then add ginger garlic paste stir it .
  2. now add onion saute them.
  3. Then add tomato and spices mix it well. when tomato turned little soft then add red chillies cashew nuts paste, cream mix it properly
  4. Now add capsicum and salt mix it.
  5. Then add paneer mix it gently now cook it in 2,3 minutes in high flame add coriander leaves and switch off the flame serv it. Enjoy!
