Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 boil potato
  2. 2 dry red chilly
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/4tsp of chat masala
  5. 1/2tsp of jeera powder
  6. Mustard oil
  7. 1cup of gram flour
  8. 1/2tsp of red chilli powder
  9. 1/4tsp of turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash potatoes
  2. Add salt, jeera powder, chat masala
  3. Fry red chilly
  4. Crush it &mix in potato
  5. Take a bowl add gram flour
  6. Add salt turmeric powder Red chilli powder
  7. Make batter with the help of water
  8. Give the shape of potato like tikki
  9. Dip in besan batter
  10. Fry it in mustard oil
  11. Serve with chutney or sauce
