Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Toor dal 1/2 cup
  2. Channa dal 4 tsp
  3. Sambar powder 3 tsp
  4. Brinjal 2
  5. Drumstick 1/2
  6. Potato 1
  7. Mustard urad dal 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. Jeera seeds 1 tsp
  10. Chilli.powder 2 tsp
  11. Onion 2
  12. Tomato 2
  13. Salt as required
  14. Garlic 2
  15. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Boil dal and tomato for 10 min.
  2. When it's halfboiled add Little water, onion,garlic,veggies, turmeric powder,sambar powder ,salt.
  3. Cook for 15-20 min after add tamarind water.
  4. After 15 min In pan heat oil add mustard urad dal,jeera seeds,onion,chilli powder fry for 2 min and then add it into sambar.
  5. Cook for 10-20 min in low flame
  6. Simple sambar is ready to eat
