Ingredients to make Moonglets

  • Split yellow moong pulse 2 cups
  • cabbage 100 gram
  • capsicum 50 gram
  • carrot 100 gram
  • ginger 1 inch
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • oil to shallow frying

How to make Moonglets

  1. Wash and soak the pulse
  2. Grind it along with chillies ginger and coriander leaves
  3. Add salt and chilli powder ...mix well
  4. Grated all the vegetables
  5. Grease the pan and spread the batter
  6. After cooked from both sides spread grated vegetables on either side
