  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • Dry fruits

  1. Boil the milk in low flame.Keep stirring.Scrap the milk sticking to the sides of the pan.The milk will become thick.This will take a long time. If you do not stir it, there are chances of the milk getting burnt.
  2. When it becomes a solid,add sugar and cardamom powder. Once you add sugar, it will become a little watery. Keep stirring for some more time until it becomes thick. Switch off the flame.
  3. Roast dry fruits and add to it
