Ingredients to make Egg Masala Dry

  • Boiled and peeled eggs : 4 ( cut into pieces)
  • onion - 1
  • capsicum - 1/2 (sliced)
  • curry leaves - 5
  • oil - 40ml
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric Powder - a pinch

How to make Egg Masala Dry

  1. -Heat oil and add the curry leaves and onion.
  2. -Once the onions turn transparent add the capsicum.
  3. Stir fry for a minute or two and add the pepper powder turmeric powder and the chilly powder
  4. Add a handful of water and fry for a few seconds..
  5. Add the eggs and carefully mix the masala with the eggs. -Add salt to taste
  6. Eggs masala is ready to be served with rotis
