It is a jhatpat type snack, can be made in no time and loaded with vegetables.

Mix Veg Sandwich

Ingredients to make Mix Veg Sandwich

  • 1 Big bowl full of finely chopped vegetables(carrots, beans,onions,potatoes)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • butter
  • Sandwich Bread

How to make Mix Veg Sandwich

  1. In a bowl add vegetables, corn,salt, pepper, garam masala, olive oil. Mix it and microwave it for 3-4 min or saute on high flame for 3-4 min.
  2. In another bowl mix mayonnaise, cabbage, capsicum, oregano. Now add the vegetables mix to it.
  3. Take bread slice and apply the veggie mayo mix generously and cover it with another slice.
  4. Apply butter on both sides and grill it on tava or sandwich griller. Serve with tomato catchup and enjoy.

My Tip:

if you want you can replace mayonnaise with hung curd.
