  • Jackfruit - 1 cup
  • turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • oil - to deep fry

How to make Jackfruit chips

  1. Take jack fruit and split the flesh of the fruit and remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the flesh into lengthy slices.
  3. Mix it with turmeric powder.
  4. Heat oil in a pan . Add the slices and deep fry it. Stir in between to prevent the slices from sticking together.
  5. Serve it hot.

Use coconut oil to fry it.
