Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour or maida - 3/4 cup
  2. Eggs - 2
  3. Cucumber - 1/2 (chopped)
  4. Onions - 1 chopped
  5. Green chillies - 2 (chopped)
  6. Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  7. Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Refined oil - 1 tbsp


  1. Take all purpose flour with a little bit salt in a bowl and mix properly. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the flour and make a soft dough using little water.
  2. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Now take the dough and knead it for 1 minute and then divide it into 2 equal sized balls.
  4. Take one ball and roll it out into a circle of 6 inch diameter.
  5. In a bowl take one egg and sprinkle a little salt and beat it.
  6. Heat the pan once, when the pan is hot add one rolled paratha on the pan, cook the paratha by rotating. Pour a little oil on top and flip quickly and cook on the other side. Pour a little oil and cook.
  7. Pour the beaten egg on paratha and spread gently with a spatula. Allow the egg to cook for 2-3 minutes and flip gently to cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the egg is done.
  8. Place one egg paratha on a strip of butter paper, spread chopped cucumber, onions, green chillies, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce. Sprinkle some lemon juice and salt on a one side of the paratha.
  9. Wrap the roll along with butter paper and tuck it in at the bottom to seal it neatly.
