Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles 1 packet
  2. peas 1/2 cup
  3. carrot 1 small
  4. onion 1
  5. Purple cabbage few leaves
  6. oil as required
  7. salt as per taste
  8. chicken masala 1 sachet
  9. turmeric a pinch
  10. pepper powder as per taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan and put some cumin seeds.
  2. Saute some onions till they become a little golden brown. Add salt now to keep the onions crunchy.
  3. Add peas, carrot, purple cabbage and sautee on a high flame.
  4. Add all the spices: turmeric, chicken masala, pepper powder and mix the veggies well.
  5. In a separate pan, boil water and put noodles and add the masala that comes with it and cook it for sometime. Just before it is about to cook fully, add the sauteed masala veggies to the noodles. Let it cook for a minute or two.
  6. Once done, keep it for a brief time and then serve it with lettuce and parsley.
