Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. Shredded mozarella cheese
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. Ginger very finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Take the eggs and whisk them.
  2. Add in chopped onion, ginger, salt, chilli powder and pepper powder.
  3. Now take a pan, add oil and pour the egg mix.
  4. When the omelette is cooked half side then add mozzarella cheese on it. Fold and serve with ketchup.
