  • onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • curd 3-4 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • cashews few

How to make Carrot Curd Rice

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. FRY CASHEWS
  3. CUMIN SEEDS, A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA
  4. CHOPPED ONION
  5. GRATED CARROT
  6. FRY TILL TENDER, ADD SALT
  7. AFTER COOL ADD CURD
  8. ADD COOKED RICE, MIX WELL AND SERVE
