Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Achar wali mirchi 4
  2. Boiled potatoes 2
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Green coriander
  6. Ginger chopped
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Gram flour 4 tbsp
  9. One pinch baking soda


  1. Firstly wash the mirchies and slit them.
  2. Mash potatoes and mix salt, pepper, coriander leaves and ginger to it.
  3. Take out the seeds from the mirchi and fill the potato mixture.
  4. Now prepare the gram flour batter as we make for pakodas.
  5. Now dip the filled mirchi in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney.
