About Cheesy Mini Egg Makhani Recipe

This cheesy egg makhani is an alternative to paneer makhani.

Cheesy Mini Egg Makhani

Ingredients to make Cheesy Mini Egg Makhani

  • egg - 3
  • butter - 50gm or more
  • Cheese - 1/2 cup
  • cloves - 3
  • cardamom - 3
  • bay leaf - 1
  • tomato - 1 ( grinded )
  • tomato puree - 3 tbsp
  • red chilli powder - 2tsp
  • coriander leaves - few
  • Curry masala powder - 1tsp
  • Kasuri methi leaves few
  • Full Fat Milk - 1/2 cup ( boiled)
  • salt - to taste

How to make Cheesy Mini Egg Makhani

  1. Add curry masala powder,salt , tsp of chilli powder, coariander leaves to the eggs. Beat well
  2. Gresae some oil in idly mould and pour this egg mixture on the mould.
  3. Mini eggs gets cooked within five minutes.
  4. Take a pan add butter.
  5. When its melted add bay leaf , cloves, cardamom
  6. When it smells add grinded tomato and tomato puree. Cook for five minutes. Add salt, chilli powder
  7. Add cheese and stir well.
  8. Add bolied mini masala eggs and kasuri methi leaves to the curry. Simmer five minutes
  9. Add boiled milk. Simmer one minute
  10. Add garam masala, butter before serving.

My Tip:

You can add more cheese if u want. Can add cream instead of milk.
