Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 1 cup custard powder
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 table spoon milkmaid
  5. 5 chopped cashew

Instructions

  1. take a bowl n add 1cup sugar milkmaid custard powder stir it continuesly
  2. add 1cup water continue stirring keep aside
  3. roast 5 cashews
  4. now pour prepaired sugar- custard stirring continuesly.keep flame on low
  5. continue stirring it becomes thicker and seperate from pan.
  6. stir till it becomes glossy.
  7. rest it for 30 min.
  8. it becomes cool
  9. serve it.
