Its a tangy curry made with curd n chickpea flour with goodness of drumstick

Drumstick potato Tangy Curry

Ingredients to make Drumstick potato Tangy Curry

  • 250 gms Drumstick
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 tbspn of chickpea flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tspn mustard seeds
  • 1 tbspn red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric
  • 1 tbspn Dhaniya Powder
  • 1 tspn ginger chilli garlic paste
  • 3-4 tbspn oil
  • coriander to garnish

How to make Drumstick potato Tangy Curry

  1. Cut Drum sticks in 2-3 inch pieces and par boil them
  2. Cut the potatoes in cubes
  3. Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds and hing
  4. Add ginger chilli garlic paste
  5. Add chopped potatoes
  6. Saute them and add water to it
  7. Cook them till soft
  8. Now mix curd, chickpea flour and all the spices to make a not so thick batter
  9. Add parboiled drumsticks to the potatoes and after few minutes add the curd batter
  10. Now stir till the gravy/ curry thickens and cooked properly. Add salt as per taste.
  11. Granish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

You can add more flour if you want thick curry
