Lahori mutton.

Ingredients to make Lahori mutton.

  • Mutton 250 g
  • To cook mutton.
  • onion 3 sliced
  • tomatoes 3 chopped
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • Green chilli 3 chopped.
  • To fry
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1/2 to 1 tsp
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies. 3 chopped. Oil 3 to 4 tbsp.
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • coriander leaves a few.

How to make Lahori mutton.

  1. Pressure cook mutton with the given ingredients for 15 min. Now mutton does nt take much time to cook.
  2. Heat a kadai with oil. Pour the mutton with all the cooked gravy. Stir well in the oil till everything is well mashed.
  3. Then add coriander powder, Chilli powder, pepper, garam masala , green chillies & turmeric. Keep on stiring. Cook for some more time.
  4. Then add well beaten curd. Let it simmer till all water is gone & gravy is thick. Adjust salt. Put coriander leaves & stir well.
  5. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
