Ingredients to make Pulses Salad

  • Mix pulses- 1 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • chilly green and red- 1
  • Dhaniya and dhaniya powder- 1 tsp
  • haldi- 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 spoon oil
  • jeera- 1/4 tsp

  1. Soak mix pulses for 6 hours and boil in a cooker, with less water adding salt and haldi.
  2. When it cools, drain excess water.
