Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  2. 1/2 cup sugar.
  3. 1cup milk maid
  4. 1 tbsp cornflour ,
  5. 3 oranges fresh pulp,
  6. 1/2 cup fresh cream,
  7. a few drops of orange essence

Instructions

  1. Combine the cornflour with ½ cup of milk and keep aside.
  2. Heat the remaining 2 cups of milk in a deep non-stick pan, Combine the cornflour with ½ cup of milk and keep aside.
  3. add the sugar, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes
  4. while stirring occasionally
  5. Add the cornflour-milk mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes,
  6. while stirring continuously.Add milk maid , cook for 5 minutes Cool completely,
  7. essence and mix very well using a whisk. Pour the mixture into a shallow aluminium container.
  8. Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze for 6 hours or till semi-set.
  9. Pour the mixture into a mixer and blend till smooth.
  10. Transfer the mixture back into the same aluminium shallow container.
  11. Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze for approx. 10 hours or till set.
  12. For stuff orange ice cream.. 2 oranges..pill the oranges..scoop the orange from bottom.. Stuff the orange ice cream inside & set it in the fridger till it completly set...
  13. serve immediately..
