Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Basmati rice 2cups
  2. Ghee 3tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  4. Beans 2cups
  5. Carrot 2cups
  6. Cabbage 2cups
  7. Capsicum 1cup
  8. G.peas 1cup
  9. Egg
  10. Pepper powder
  11. Fried rice mix 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak Basmati rice for 30min
  2. Heat ghee in pan add all the vigges Nd saute do not add water
  3. Add Pepper powder, salt, fried rice mix Nd saute till half cooked
  4. Heat oil add Ghee in pan add ginger garlic paste add some vigges add 3cups of water add salt
  5. When water starts to boil add the rice Nd cook
  6. At serving time Heat ghee in pan add egg saute well add the remaining vigges add some Pepper powder Nd fried rice mix saute for 2min Nd serve
