Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sprouted green gram 1 cup
  2. Onion finely chopped 3/4 cup
  3. Tomato grated 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger 1 inch piece chopped
  5. Garlic 4 numbers crushed and chopped
  6. Green chillies 3 number chopped
  7. Chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Garsm masala 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Salt
  12. Oil 2 table spoon
  13. Coriander leaves chopped 2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Cook well green gram and mash it coarsely
  2. In a kadai add oil and fenugreek seed and chopped onion.
  3. Add ginger and garlic. Saute it until it turns golden
  4. Grate tomatoes
  5. Add to sauted onion
  6. When oil separates, add all powders
  7. Saute till it's dry
  8. Add mashed gram and water and allow it to cook for 5 minutes
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or puttu
