Egg cake curry

Ingredients to make Egg cake curry

  • egg - 4 nos
  • Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
  • Boiled potato - 1 Cup
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 + 1 tsp
  • onion paste - 1/2 cup
  • tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  • curd - 1 Tbsp
  • Garam masala pwd - 1/2.tsp
  • chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • coriander pwd - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 2 nos
  • oil
  • salt
  • sugar ( optional)
  • Chopped coriander

How to make Egg cake curry

  1. Take eggs and beat well. Add breadcrumbs, potato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, chilly powder and salt . Mix properly.
  2. Pour into a well greased try and steam for 10 minutes.
  3. After cool ,cut it into pieces and deep fry them. Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a separate pan and add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks , cardamom and onion paste .
  5. Fry the onion with ginger garlic paste for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato puree, curd and all the spices. Cook another 2 minutes and add water.
  6. Add fried egg cake pieces into boiling gravy and salt. Simmering the gas and cook for while.
  7. Sprinkle coriander and serve with roti, rice etc
