About Paneer korma with coconut cream. Recipe

This recipe is an my innovative dish.You can serve it with roti ,paratha,fried rice as breakfast, lunch and dinner.Just taste is amazing.

Paneer korma with coconut cream.

Ingredients to make Paneer korma with coconut cream.

  • paneer-200gm (cut in square shape)
  • tomato-1large.(finely chopped )
  • onion -2(finely chopped )
  • coconut cream 1cup
  • Milk 1/2cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric 1tspn
  • ginger paste _1tspn
  • garlic paste 1tspn
  • red chilli powder 1tspn
  • cumin powder 1tspn
  • coriander powder 1tspn
  • ghee 2tbl spn
  • Garam masala powder 1tspn
  • coriander leave finely chopped 1tbl spn

How to make Paneer korma with coconut cream.

  1. Heat kadhai or pan ,add 1tbl spn ghee.
  2. Add choped onion and salt ,saute them till light golden.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and stir in high flame.
  4. Then add red chilli 1tspn,cumin 1tspn,Coriander 1tspn,Turmeric 1tspn,2 tspn ginger garlic paste .
  5. Saute for 10 minute in low flame
  6. When some fat release then add milk and paneer to it.
  7. Cover with a lid
  8. Cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
  9. Then add coconut cream and stir well .
  10. Cook in low flame for 10 to 15minutes.
  11. Add garam masala and stir well.
  12. Now add coriander leave and turn off gas.
  13. Ready for serve.

My Tip:

You can use milk cream as substitute of coconut cream.
