Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Cream
  2. 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  3. 2 Strawberry, diced
  4. 1 Litchi chopped
  5. 2 tbs Kiwi chopped
  6. For decoration
  7. Fruit crush
  8. Strawberry slice

Instructions

  1. To make your rolled ice cream base add the cream and condensed milk to a large metal baking Trey and mix to combine.
  2. Using an offset spatula mix in the strawberries, Kiwi & Litchi.
  3. Break up the chunks of each ingredients until the mixture is evenly combined.
  4. Once combined, place your trey of ice cream flat in the freezer and freeze sold for a minimum of 5 hours or preferably over night.
  5. When ready to serve remove your frozen trey from the freezer and place on a flat surface covered with a tea towel(this is the secure the trey when rolling)
  6. Work very very quickly as this ice cream can melt fast.
  7. Using your offset spatula, run your spatula under the ice cream carefully rolling it into itself to form a spiral shape.
  8. Repeat this 4 more times.
  9. Still working quickly, using a tongs gently place your spirals of rolled ice cream into your serving container of your choice.
  10. Top with additional fruits, crush and corresponding toppings of your choice.
  11. Enjoy immediately!
